Zemar flew low to the ground, ready to meet up with Galaxy. His heart was beating quickly in his chest, he was having hatchlings, and he was excited. Not only because he was starting a family of his own, but because he had a surprise for Galaxy when she got here.
Zemar folded his wings against his sides and looked toward the cave Galaxy would be nesting in.He would want Galaxy to stay in with the eggs, though by herself she would do it out of instincts. Usually females won't leave their nest for a second, all the mother's Zemar have met are extremely protective and won't leave for anything. Which is why Zemar would be there to bring her food. His heart swelled with happiness and he looked up, searching the sky for his love.OCC: Ok, forgot to say and I need to put this in the rules, Eggs hatch 5 days after their laid, real life time. So...ya, can't wait! OCC: Gtg again

Galaxy flew down to the territory, nuzzling Zemar once she had landed besides him. She was excited to know that soon she would be a mother, that she would have a family with Zemar. She looked towards the cave she had decided to nest in, the one with the pool of water within it. She didn't want to leave her eggs for anything once they had been laid, and she knew Zemar would hunt for her, so she wouldn't have a thing to worry about.

Zemar smiled and nuzzled Galaxy. "Galaxy, I want to ask you something," He said, his voice soft but excited. "Will you be my queen?" He asked, his eyes warm.

Galaxy's heart fluttered in her chest as he spoke. "Of course I will, Zemar," She said, nuzzling him before licking his cheek. "I love you so much," She added, looking up at him with a warm look in her eyes.

Zemar's eyes lit up when she accepted. Now, she was entitled to everything. Every inch of his land, was now hers. Reaching out, he licked her cheek before nuzzling her gently. Taking a brief glance at her belly, it barely started to show her carrying eggs. That's good, she took. "I love you too, Galaxy," He said gently. It was the first time he was able to say that and mean it.
Thinking he should help her with the next, he ambled over to to a few patches of tall grass. It caressed his body as he moved into it, reaching down and nipping at it with his sharp teeth. Within a few seconds, he had a good amount of grass in his jaws. He walked back to the cave his love had chosen to nest in. He leaned over and set down the grass.
It would take a little time to make a nest, and he wanted to make sure Galaxy was completely comfortable while she had her eggs. Zemar was going to make sure he was the best father ever. He would be ultra dad. He might get a little over protective, but this was his first time having hatchlings, and he wanted to keep them all alive, for the 150 year's they'd be together.

Galaxy heart fluttered again at what Zemar said, though she was already certain he'd returned her love. She watched as he went off into the tall grass, gathering it up. She did the same, nipping at the blades until she had a good amount gathered, then taking htem back into the cave.
"Thank you," She said to Zemar with a smile as she set her own grass down with his. She was so glad she'd have him to help with building the nest and tending to their young. She couldn't imagine how to do this alone; even the females in her old clan helped each other out when rearing the little one, since their King didn't. She started to arrange the grass carefully, wanting to get it just right.

Zemar nodded and smiled at Galaxy. Standing aside to the water, he lowered his head and used his large muzzle to push the mud toward the nest, just to get the ring base started. While his beautiful Fae arranged the grass, he made a large ring around it, making it high enough so the eggs or hatchlings wouldn't fall out. He knew it would harden soon, the warm sun shining in the cave.

Galaxy smiled as Zemar started to nose mud around the nest, watching him form a ring around it. She knew once it dried it would be nice and sturdy, so the eggs wouldn't roll out and crack, and the hatchlings wouldn't fall out and hurt themselves. She continued to carefully arrange the grass, and deciding she would need a bit more, stepped over the ring carefully and headed out of the cave to find some more.

Zemar continued to place another thick layer of mud around, seeing the first layer slolwy hardening. Once he felt satisfied, he walked out after Galaxy but moved into the forest. He pulled large leaves down and carried them in his jaws as he walked back to the nest. He set them down and arranged them to spread out inside so they would cradel the eggs. Now, all that was needed was a few more layers of vegitations, perhaps another layer of mud, and some eggs.

Galaxy gathered up the large, broad leaves of a few low-growing plants, as well as some more tall grass, before bringing them back to the cave. She smiled to see that Zemar had gone out and gathered more supplies as well, and nuzzled him gently in gratitude. She added the new material she'd just gather, and began to arrange it. "I think our hatchlings will be very happy here," She said cheerfully.

Zemar nuzzled Galaxy lovingly and smiled. "Indeed, I think they shall," He said looking at the almost completed nest. It should be seen Galaxy would lay her eggs, perhaps a day or two. The light started to fade and Zemar looked outside the cave. The firs of the stars showed. "Come, my love," He said gently, "You must rest," He stopped and tilted his head and smiled, "I'm sure you willbe due any day now." He said walked back and laying down.

Galaxy looked out of the mouth of the cave, seeing how much the sky had darkened. "You're right, Zemar," She told him, yawning, "I think we both need to turn in for the night." She nuzzled him, before settling down besides him, curling up with him. It excited her to know that soon, there would be hatchlings curled up with them as well.

Zemar smiled and laid his head down on his paws. He made sort of a U around Galaxy, just to make sure she was nice and cozy. His eyes lids soon sagged down, and a blanket of sleep wraped tight around his orange body.

Galaxy had soon fallen asleep, drifting off slowly, her sleep deep and peaceful.
The following morning, she awoke, and was about to go out and fetch some more plant material for the nest, when she realized something. "Zemar," She called gently to her mate, nudging him gently, "Its time."
She climbed into the nest, and it wasn't too long before eleven large eggs were laid there. Galaxy wrapped herself protectively around her new brood, ensuring that her eggs stayed warm and safe.

Zemar was completely stretched out when he felt a nudge to his neck. His glowing orange eyes opened and he lifted his heavy head. It was light out, but the ball of fire in the sky hadn't managed to lift it's self all the way into the sky.
The brute dragged his body to his feet and he lumbered over to Galaxy's side. He was still half asleep, so he didn't hear her when she said it was time for her to nest. Though when he fianlly saw, Zemar was wide awake. He laid down next to her through out the whole thing, making sure she was okay. When finally it was finished, Zemar counted in his mine. Eleven.
